Lunch
Pomegranate & Apple Salad
1/2 Sliced onion
1/2 Sliced apple
2 Tbsp. Of pomegrannate seeds
100 g Feta Cheese
For Dressing
1 Tbsp Apple cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tsp Maple Syrup
1Tsp Tobasco sauce
Mix all the ingredient in a bowl and drizzle the dressing and serve.

Dinner
Lean meat or chicken
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
i Cup Broccolli

Snack
4 Almond, 4 Walnut
Blueberries with Kefir Yoghurt
